Flood Precast worked in partnership with Stephenson to provide precast concrete stairs for Christchurch Development which will encompass 460 student rooms, 71,000 sq ft of office space and a 128-bedroom hotel. Construction group Watkin Jones is currently in the process of developing three sites in the Lansdowne area of Bournemouth Town Centre.
This development includes three sites on Oxford Road, Holdenhurst Road and Christchurch Road will together feature 930 student rooms, more than 245,000 sq ft of teaching and office space and a hotel.
Site 1: Oxford Road – The Oxford Road building will comprise 470 student rooms along with 38,000 sq ft of other floor space.
2 Holdenhurst Road – The Holdenhurt Road site will feature 134,000 sq ft of space
3: Christchurch Road – Christchurch Road development will encompass 460 student rooms, 71,000 sq ft of office space and a 128-bedroom hotel.
