Flood Precast concrete staircases conform to all current regulations and can accommodate most architectural layouts. Design and manufacture is carried out in accordance with BS 8110: 1997. These stairs provide a Type B finish precast concrete stairs. Landings can be cast integral with the stair flights or separate in order to achieve the optimum staircase construction.

When balustrades are required, it is recommended that fixings for these are drilled on site. A minimum of 50mm should be allowed between the edge of the concrete and the edge of any pocket or fixing
