Clean and High Quality finish provided using Flood Precast Super Wideslab®

Flood Precast teams working in partnership to accommodating the intricate design using Flood Super Wideslab®

Hygiene guidelines within the Dairy Industry was one of factor that was taken into consideration when specifying our Super Wideslab® to the contractor on this project. A clean surface environment was part of the criteria within the design.

Flood Precast were able to provide a solution with the use of our Flood Super Wideslab®, which can provide a high quality soffit finish which can be left exposed or painted. In this particular case the client finished by painting the exposed soffit.

As part of the overall build was the inclusion of the use of hangers and the large penetration through the floors, and with the help of our Design team the use of Flood Super Wideslab® was able to accommodate these requirements.

One advantages of using Flood Super Wideslab® for this project was the fact that awkward shapes are easily accommodated as wet cast production allows for the forming of most shapes.
