Flood Precast worked in partnership with Cairn Homes in providing a large amount of precast concrete products on the Marinaella Development in Rathgar, Dublin. Flood Precast design, manufactured, installed and supply precast flooring and precast stairs to this complex build with a high-quality finish. Flood Precast as always is committed to our customers in delivering to the highest standard.
Groundwork started on the redevelopment of the Marianella site in April 2016. Works included the demolition of the Redemptorist monastery and the construction of some 250 apartments and houses. This development is due for completion in 2018.
Flood Super Wideslab® was provided for this development. Because of its unique properties of high thermal mass, construction speed, and shallow profile, this concrete flooring product offers many specific advantages.
