This project had extremely tight lead in times which in turn meant the design and manufacture of the flood precast concrete products needed to be fast-tracked to meet the deadline dates. After 20 weeks of construction, the brand new 2,471 square metre store in Virginia was opened in December 2017. Flood Precast worked in conjunction with McCallion Group providing Flood Super Wideslab®, Hollowcore and Precast Stairs for this new store.
