Design, manufacture, and delivery of precast concrete stairs for St Bart’s Square Phase 3

Flood Precast was awarded the design, manufacture, and delivery of precast concrete stairs for Phase 3 at the former site of St Bartholomew’s Hospital. Flood Precast was delighted to start a new relationship with Keltbray on this project where we designed, manufactured and supplied 64no precast stairs. Flood Precast has built up vast knowledge and experience of different types of applications of precast concrete stairs and landings over the years.

With strength and durability being key features, concrete stairs can be an ideal solution for areas which experience high levels of traffic. This product is particularly suitable for use on construction projects as precast concrete stairs can be fitted quickly, providing access when you need it. We have experience of working on large projects across the Irish and UK residential sectors;

The residential block being built as Phase 3, is one of the final pieces in a 3.2-acre development that includes residential units, office and retail space. This project includes approximately 230,000 square feet of office space in two buildings and 215 apartments in 17 buildings with retail space at ground floor level. On the City borders and close to the Smithfield regeneration area, the buildings will be built in the narrow streets of the City of London.
