Precast Balconies

Precast Balconies and Stairs provided for Dublin Landings on North Wall Quay, Dublin 1.

Flood Precast worked in partnership with Walls Construction on this project provided precast balconies and precast stairs for this project.

All our balconies are designed in-house, manufactured, delivered and installed to the highest standards. Having a well-designed balcony helps to change the face of how a building will look and Flood Precast Concrete Balconies are exceptionally designed and carefully detailed and finished. Because balconies are generally attached at a height, Flood Precast ensure that the design and construction are safe and sound.

The Dublin Landings development is superbly located in the heart of Dublin’s Docklands at City Block 8 on Dublin’s North Wall Quay, also home to the Central Bank of Ireland’s New Headquarters. The site will comprise 700,000 sq. ft of Grade A office space, 273 luxury one, two and three-bed apartments and a number of retail units.

This area of the city has experienced and continues to see significant development activity including the development of The Point Village, The Gibson Hotel and the Convention Centre Dublin.

The building has achieved a LEED Platinum rating, it has full height atriums to Block 1 and Block 2 starting at Basement -1, roof terraces to the perimeters of the penthouses and a total floor area of approximately 33,000m2.
