Hollowcore slabs provided for care facility in north dublin

Flood Precast worked in partnership with DHD Construction Ltd to provide 15000m2 of Hollowcore floorings and Precast Stairs for this elderly care facility in North Dublin.

There are many benefits in using precast concrete flooring which provide design teams on any project with more options. High sound resistance is one advantages with precast with proper sound absorption essential to any building design. Precast concrete slabs are superior to other flooring and ceiling alternatives. This feature proves extremely desirable which provide improved sound insulation between floors – essential for these types’ facilities

Beaumont Lodge is being built and designed by Bartra Capital Property the development of ultra-modern standard nursing home is due for opening in December 2020, with construction having commenced in December 2018. Beaumont Lodge Nursing will be, on completion, the largest Nursing Home in Ireland. The 221-bed facility will accommodate patients across the spectrum of residential healthcare needs, including Alzheimer’s/dementia care as well as respite, rehabilitation, convalescence and daycare needs.
