Flood Precast we’re appointed by Collen Construction on Phase 2 of the redevelopment Frascati Development of four new apartment blocks with each consisting of four levels with 105 apartments. On this phase Flood Precast design and manufacture 200mm pre-stressed hollowcore slabs and 4 flights of precast stairs.
Phase 1 of this project the main shopping centre was recently awarded for Retail Project of the Year at 2020 Irish Construction Industry Awards in which we also provided precast hollowcore and stairs. Phase 1 involved a new 3 storey 12,000m² extension to the shopping centre and refurbishment of the existing centre
