Precast Concrete Stairs for Legacy Wharf Stratford.

Flood Precast was appointed to provide the design and manufacture of precast stairs at Legacy Wharf a Bellway home development by the STATOM Group. This project underscores the strong partnership that has evolved over the past several years between Flood Precast and STATOM Group.

The STATOM Group has been responsible for the enabling works, substructures, superstructures, and reinforced concrete frames for this project. The Legacy Wharf Phase 2 initiative began in early 2024 and is anticipated to be completed by mid-2027, ultimately contributing an additional 196 homes to the local area.

The precast concrete stairs are constructed using high-quality, durable concrete designed to withstand heavy daily usage without cracking, crumbling, or deteriorating. Additionally, Konnekt handrails have been incorporated into this project.
