Flood Precast reinforced concrete Utility Boxes/Chambers provide fast access and protection to underground services such as electrical cables and communication networks for Data Centre, Airport, Railway, Road, Commercial and Residential developments.
Utility Boxes/Chambers come in a variety of different designs including one piece, two piece, and multi-piece configurations using stackable risers. Duct couplers, block-outs and interior furniture including racks, sump pits and ladders can be factory installed.
Variation sizes include internal dimensions such as height, wall thickness (mm), length, and width, with lid options of cast iron ring and cover, grate lid, or concrete cover.
Depending on BS EN 124 loading requirements, FLOOD will create an optimised Boxes / Chambers design to ensure compliance with any of the following:

Flood Precast Reinforced Concrete Utility Trenches/Troughs provide a modular system to create fast site-specific underground channels for electrical cables and communication networks in Data Centre, Substation, Airport, Rail, Road and Infrastructure.
Straight, Corner and Tee units are available to allow for changes in direction. They provide fast rugged durability to protect vital connections from the elements and vandalism.
Variation sizes include internal dimensions such as height, wall thickness (mm), length, and width, with lid options of precast concrete lids, GRP composite (external), or steel grates.
