Manufacture Process
The precast concrete manufacturing process begins with planning, where project specifications, production schedules, and element types are defined to meet construction timelines efficiently. This stage includes coordination between design teams and production to ensure all requirements are clearly understood and achievable.
Before casting begins, preparation of precast production sheets is carried out. These documents provide detailed information for each unit, including dimensions, reinforcement layouts, lifting points, and cast-in items. Simultaneously, bed planning is conducted to determine the most efficient layout of elements on casting beds, minimising waste, and optimising space usage.
