Achieve high quality finishes on exposed soffits and lower costs using Flood Super Wideslab®

Flood Precast can call upon the expertises of our well established sales and contract manager Ronan Leavy and our professional Design team to help our customers to achieve high quality finishes on exposed soffits and lower costs using Flood Super Wideslab®

Project Background Information: Children Detention Facilities – Lusk, Co.Dublin

Flood Super Wideslab®  was the preferred option for the contractor to use on this build.

Using Flood Super Wideslab® as part of this installation was prefect as it provided a smooth finish which is an optimal surface for spray plaster. In other words Flood Super Wideslab® can provide lower costs by eliminating the requirement for suspended ceilings as it has a better quality finish which can be painted on directly. Which will benefit the aesthetics of the overall building design and provide thermal mass properties.

The end result is a solid monolithic floor that ensures good noise insulation and the perfect distribution of the floor load.
