Flood Precast are delighted to working with JJ Rhatigan’s on this development. We are designing and manufacturing 295 No flood precast concrete stairs and landings in 11 Cores.
This development know as Project Trinity which is located in the heart of Dublin city – was once home to Trinity College’s Botanic Gardens. It will be primarily residential mixed-use scheme comprising 490 No. residential units (c.75,000 sq.m) over a two/part three level basement (c.52,000 sq.m) with ground floor level restaurants / cafes/ bars, retail and non-retail service units (c.5,500 sq.m), a crèche/ healthcare facility (c.1,670 sq.m) and a 151 No. bedroom hotel (c.5,600 sq.m) designed by O’Mahony Pike Architects. The scheme ranges in height from 9 to 12 storeys and integrates into the existing urban fabric by means of new pedestrian streets and public plazas, along with a new high-quality residential development.
Flood Precast concrete stairs and landings conform to all current regulations and can accommodate most architectural layouts. Design and manufacture are carried out in accordance with Eurocodes. These stairs giving a Type ‘B’ finish. Landings can be cast integral with the stair flights or separate in order to achieve the optimum staircase construction.
