Precast Stairs were designed, supplied and fitting for the development of Office Block and New School at Berkeley Homes project at Royal Wells Park.

We provide a comprehensive design and manufacturing service for both standard and bespoke precast concrete staircases and landings. The range is suitable for both commercial and domestic projects

This development will house the legal firm Cripps Harries Hall in new four-storey offices with parking, and the Wells Free School, which has been built on the site of the former Kent and Sussex Hospital in Tunbridge Wells.

The project is the largest redevelopment project in the centre of Tunbridge Wells since the opening of Royal Victoria Place more than 20 years ago.

Planning permission for the site was secured in December 2012. Phase one of this development was finished in 2015 and the entire site, which is about 11 acres, will be completed by 2017.
