Precast Stairs provided for development at Arran Street West, Smithfield Square, Dublin 7.

The development at Arran Street West consists of the demolition of a small existing single storey disused ESB substation and the construction of a new infill six storey apartment building, with a restaurant, cafe and retail unit at ground floor level.

The main entrance to the apartments will be from Coke Lane, with the entrance to the restaurant,cafe and retail unit off Arran Street West. Total area of building is 2,599sq.m, inclusive of a restaurant, cafe and retail unit of 226sq.m. The building will contain a total of 18 no. apartments consisting of 1 no. 1bed [55sq.m approx], 12 no. 2 bed apartments [80-84sq.m approx] and 5 no. 3 bed apartments [100sq.m approx].

This city centre development was extremely difficult to navigate for the our deliveries, however due to the highest standard that our transport department provide, our lorry drivers surmounted this problem and deliveries arrive on site without issue or disturbance.
